Falcon Tool offers a full line of Solid Carbide Burs for a wide range of applications. You can expect tool-to-tool consistency, premium quality and reliability from Falcon Burs which are available in the following money saving assortment sets!

Our sets are available in a variety of options including Standard Double Cut or Standard Single Cut fluting styles, and 1/8" or 1/4" shanks.

Use of eye, face and ear protection is strongly recommended! 

Solid Carbide Bur Sets: Available in 4 unique sets in either Standard Double Cut or Standard Single Cut options. The shape numbers included in each kit are listed in the table below. Click here to learn more and to view the dimensions of each Solid Carbide Bur Shape. Overall Length for all of the burs in these sets is 1-1/2". 

Double Cut: Provides very efficient stock removal for deburring, finishing and cleaning applications. Creates a small chip for a good finish. Offers excellent operator control. 

Single Cut: General purpose fluting offering medium stock removal for deburring, milling, cleaning, and finishing applications. Produces long chips.
